The journey
In the first place, we always choose the direct flight down to Marsa Alam Airport, whenever possible. From Stockhom / Arlanda Airport we fly during Autumn and Spring with direct flights to Marsa Alam. It also works quite smoothly to fly to Hurghada and then with scheduled car transfer to Marsa Alam or even further south. From Copenhagen and Gothenburg we often fly via Hurghada Airport. Transfer from Hurghada to Marsa Shagra takes approx. 4 hours.
